In the Name of the Illustrator of Universe Illustration of Events in Mongol Period Painting

Abstract: As it will be explained in the paper, event has various meaning in Persian language, such as happening, accidents… which is initiated when its primary conditions of factors are provided and as in each course, it is exclusive, its end and conclusion is not known. In another word, while the end has not come, the finishing point of the event could not be known; as, if two events have the same start and end, they will be repeated and predicted subject and accident. Now, if this phenomenon is selected by painter or imager as a subject for creating artistic piece, naturally its (subjective) aspect will have priority over other factors. Even in some instances as accidents happen with acceleration and most often without preparation of heart, that acceleration is evident for the end of work for some pieces of painter; a mode which is mostly specified to impression painters. On the other hand it differs in a painting piece when the painter is affected and under its passion conditions and pays particular attention to aesthetic element based on his taste and school of work. In another word, in picturing and painting, the subject of the work serves as the basis and foundation of the artist’s image and all factors gather in serving the expression of subject. Nonetheless, in painting, the painter most often emphasizes on expressing the inner and concealed passion of human soul, of course in a beautiful shape and observing the principles of aesthetic. By searching in painting and imaging of Mongol period, while perceiving and receiving those events and subjects of painting, various divisions could be categorized: time division, location division or for work method…including the three major classes that is, 1. Mythological, epic events, 2. Events of the religious saints, prophets, kings and noblemen of their time, 3. Cultural, social events, ordinary people and folks. Those works have been created to serve a painting order, necessity and/or the taste of painters in the time spin and location domination (ruling territory) of Moguls. There are paintings that could have been read in texts, heard from witnesses or eyewitnesses by painters and imagers. This characteristics goes as far as there might be some samples which have been created in the limit of a mere news picture and as a supplement of a written paper or book illustration, a written that glances to a mythical, epic and/or historical context from social, political, cultural…window.

International investment agreement (IIA ) impact of Foreign direct investment (FDI) case study Iran

Abstract: Remarkable growth of foreign direct investment has been one of the main features of global economy during the past two decades. Foreign direct investment means investment by transnational or multinational corporations in a country to control assets and manage production activities in those countries. Growth of foreign direct investment has accelerated since early 1980s and it currently includes 54,000 transnational companies. It was more rapid than growth in global production which stood at an average of 7 percent between 1980 and 1997. Increased foreign direct investment will expand international production by' transnational companies to the extent that they comprise 3.4 trillion dollars and about 449,000 foreign companies. The amount of those companies' sales will be higher than foreign trade (global export) and has reached about 9.5 billion dollars. The general introduction stated the purpose, objective, need and contribution of the study. It reviewed the concept of FDI, evaluation of the concept of investment, significant of the study, objective of the study and etc. FDI plays an extraordinary and growing role in global business. It can provide a firm with new markets and marketing channels, cheaper production facilities, access to new technology, products, skills and financing. For a host country or the foreign firm which receives the investment, it can provide a source of new technologies, capital, processes, products, organizational technologies and management skills, and as such can provide a strong impetus to economic development. Foreign direct investment, in its classic definition, is defined as a company from one country making a physical investment into building a factory in another country. The direct investment in buildings, machinery and equipment is in contrast with making a portfolio investment, which is considered an indirect investment. In recent years, given rapid growth and change in global investment patterns, the definition has been broadened to include the acquisition of a lasting management interest in a company or enterprise outside the investing firm’s home country.

A Study On The Limnic Eruptions & Its Forecasting Methods (G.R. Irlapalti’S Geoscope)

Abstract: A Limnic Eruption, also referred to as a lake overturn, is a rare type of natural disaster in which dissolved carbon dioxide suddenly erupts from deep lake waters forming a gas cloud that can suffocate wildlife, livestock and humans such eruptions may also cause tsunamis in the lake as the rising Co₂ displaces water, scientists believe Limnic Eruption, volcanic activity or explosions can be a trigger for such phenomenon. Limnic eruptions are a rare, but potentially deadly class of natural disaster, in which toxic gases are rapidly expelled from a saturated lake. G.R. Irlapati’s Geoscope may useful in study and forecast of the limnic eruptions.

Abstract: Banks have a vital role in the economy of any country. They collect assets from various sources and put them in the hand of those sectors that need liquidity. Due to the limited financial and human resources and capitals and also because of the unlimited and new customers' needs and strong competition between banks and financial and credit institutions, the purpose of this study is to provide an answer to the question that which of the factors affecting performance, creating value and increasing shareholder dividends are superior to others and consequently managers should pay more attention to them. Therefore, in this study, the factors affecting performance (efficiency) in the areas of management, personnel, finance and customers were segmented and obtained results were ranked using both methods of data envelopment analysis and hierarchical analysis. In both of these methods, the leadership style in the area of management; the recruitment and resource allocation in the area of ​​financing; the employees' satisfaction, dignity and self-actualization in the area of employees and meeting the new needs of customers got more weights.

Investigating the Effect of Marketing Mixes Elements importance on the Tourism Industry in Meshkin Shahr

Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to examine the impact of marketing mix elements importance on tourism industry developing in Meshkin Shahr. Data for this study were collected verified structured questionnaire from sample of 131 specialists in the field of tourism, such as university lecturers, graduates in the fields of tourism and business management, and the experts working in private or governmental organizations related to tourism who are familiar enough with the region. Data were analyzed by using software SPSS-17 version by adopting the statistical techniques such a Friedman test. The findings of the study showed that all of the marketing mixes of tourism (7P) are important with different degree in Meshkin Shahr.

Double burden of nutrition disorders among schoolchildren, necessity for appropriate public health policies and interventions

Abstract: Growth disorder is one of non-specific but important indicator of ill-health particularly among children. The most reliable and frequently used method to measure normal weight is Body Mass Index (BMI). Double burden of nutritional disorders may exist in low and middle income countries. This was a cross-sectional study carried out in the county of Joybr in 2009. Body max index, demographic, and socio-economic data of all students in year one (935 cases) were gathered using a check list. Data were entered into Excel and were analyzed by inferential statistics and t test using SPSS software. Only 78.1 percent of schoolchildren were in normal weight rate. 10.7, 5.5 and 5.8 percent of the remaining students were underweight, overweight and obese respectively. Highest and lowest rate of obesity were seen in private schools and rural area respectively. Highest and lowest rate of underweight were seen in urban area and private schools respectively. Double burden of nutritional disorders among studied schoolchildren are evident. Hence local managers need to be aware that our children in schools suffer considerably from both sides of nutritional disorders spectrum. Current programs are not sufficient to improve recognized problems. Therefore, interventional policies are required to be made to solve the problem of this vulnerable and important segment of the society.

Exegesis interpretation base from the view of the Ahl al-Beyt (household of the prophet of Islam)

Abstract: The eternity secret of Quran is the existence of meaning depth named ventricle and interpretation. Utilization of Quran depends on the understanding and corrects clarification of it. According to Quranic verses and narrations, this is the task of prophet and the household of the prophet of Islam as a capacitor of divine science. One the most important verbal challenges among Islamic world is the discussion about the interpretation of Quran. Different approaches to this problem have caused different attitudes of Zahrgrayy and interpretation. Interpretation of holy Quran is lessons of Ahl al-Beyt. And their interpretation is trustable because of their science and infallibility. A problem that has met the interpretation with disfavor is lack of knowing the base and logic of these interpretations that issued from them. Mixing interpretation and discounted meaning logic of criticism and assessment and their understanding is the main problem in encountering to these traditions. Mainly, interpretation is studied from the theory approach but the outcome of traditions issued from infallible shows that they didn't consider interpretation merely a theoretical discussion and give it practical aspect. The base of interpretation by Ahl al-Beyt includes: General words in Quran mainly have proof. God's commandments are transmittable on general and typical facts. God's haram (religiously prohibited) and halal (religiously permissible) are implied to the Imam and his proponent and enemies. Imam is God's channel will. Doubt and ranking in antecedent refer to Imam. The appearance of Quranic verses that is past form refers to the future. Stewardship of Ahl al-beyt is the criterion of faith and provision of accepting deeds and going out of the polytheism and atheism frontier.

The Impact of job redesign on employee empowerment in Staff of Bank Tejarat- Shiraz Branch

Abstract: The present research examined the impact of work redesign on organizational commitment of personnel of Shiraz Bank Tejarat. Only two dimensions of work redesign i.e. variety of skills and task significance was analyzed. 300 personnel were chosen for statistical examinations through using the method of simple probable random sampling, and the questionnaires were distributed among them. After collecting the questionnaires, the number of them was acceptable. The collected data were analyzed through using of correlation analysis and path analysis by SPSS and LISREL software, respectively. The results illustrated that the work redesign on organizational commitment of personnel has significant effect and the presented model in study has a proper fit.
