Abstract: Manifestation is one of important theology arguments in theorical mysticism. It mans the appearance of essence in attributes and names. Manifestation theory has been regarded by different schools. Jewish kabbala traditional mysticism is among these schools. In this school, the god has two aspects: 1) Transcendental aspect 2) existential aspect (name and attributes). The existential aspect is derived from transcendental aspect and it shows the degrees of manifesting of god from top to down. These decuple degrees of manifestation are called safira or safirut. safiruts are shown, in the shape of human, tree or geranium with seven branches and three knots. Tenth and last safirut is divine kingdom or shakheyna. And it is referred and mentioned as god's glory or presence of god in universe. in this article, degrees of manifesting of god from point of view of kabbbala mysticism, which is most important school in Jewish mysticism has been investigated to prove the monotheism in this school. According to this point which kabbalian, believe in a inductor or mediator to maintain the ascendancies of god. And in result, this mediator is the first degree of manifesting of god. And they explain the creation according to degrees of manifesting of god, mean special manifestation.

Abstract: Management Information Systems (MIS) have great advantages for organizations. However, many organizations, currently haven’t received the predicted benefits of MIS. In addition, most of organizations have left the adoption process due to high costs. Adoption and enforcement of management information system (MIS) are time consuming, expensive and relatively successful. Therefore, some strategies have to be applied to guarantee this system enforcement success in organizations. In adoption of information systems, culture needs to be understood and considered. If an organization follows an information management strategy in a complete accordance with existing culture, it will place in a better situation and is able to manage organizational culture changes effectively. The present study along side, aims to evaluate the impact of organizational culture on management information system (MIS) adoption in public organizations, Qazvin province. In this study, to measure the impact of organizational culture and management information systems (MIS), Denison’s organizational culture model (2000) used that includes 4 dimensions of organizational culture i.e. compatibility, flexibility, mission and engaging in work. Also, to assess adoption of management information systems rate, Davies’ (2000) model of technology adoption applied. Findings show that organizational culture based on Denison’s model affects on management information systems.

Abstract: Albania has a high number of climate regions relative to its land mass. The Coastal lowlands have typically Mediterranean climate, the highlands have a Mediterranean condimental climate. In both the lowlands and the interior, the weather varies markedly from north to south with its coastline facing the Adriatic and lonian seas, its highland backed upon the elevated balkam landmass, and the entire country lying at latitude subject to a variety of weather patterns during the winter and summer seasons. Rainfall in the upland mountain ranges is heavier. Albania has a Mediterranean climate, with not, dry summers and cool, wet winters in the low land. In the high lands, snow can fall from November until March, mountain tours are very cold at this time of year. The natural disasters risks to Albania is prone include earth quakes, torrential floods, dam burst floods, droughts, tsunamis etc., Heavy rains in Albania are problems and flooding resulting from heavy rains has blocked roads etc. Albania has a high number of climatic regions for so small an area. The coastal lowlands have typically Mediterranean dominated weather; the highlands have a more continental influenced climate. In both the low lands and interior, the weather varies from north to south. Average precipitate an is heavy, the heaviest rain falls in the central uplands. Vertical currents initiated when the Mediterranean air is uplifted also cause frequent thunderstorms accompanied by high local winds and torrential down pours. Strong wind system from the Indian Ocean flowing in the north east in the summer, southwest in the winter, annual season marked by strong winds and heavy rains. Major wind system that seasonally reverses its direction. Keeping in view of all above geographical facts of the country, I have conducted many comprehensive studies on the Albania weather conditions and natural calamities combined with my researches and proposed the Albania Monsoon Time Scale, Albania Weather Time scale and Albania National Geoscope Project along with the other scientific results Bioforecast effect, Irlapatism-A New Hypothetical Model of Cosmology etc which can help to estimate the impending weather conditions and natural hazards of the country in advance to take mitigative measures and save the people, crops and other assets. For example. By setting up the Albania National Geoscope project and maintain, the country can be predicted the impending earthquakes (or storm surges, tsunamies, volcanic hazards etc geological hazards also) in advance. Earth’s underground mineral and water resources can still be found. Geoscope is also useful in emerging industries such as geothermal and geo-sequestration etc. By establishing the Albania Monsoon Time Scale and maintain, the country can be estimated the impending weather conditions and natural calamities rains, floods, landslides, avalanches, blizzard and droughts, extreme winter conditions, heavy rainfall, mudflows, extreme weather, cyclones, cloud burst, sand storms, hails and winds etc in advance. Surface water resources can stil be found.

Abstract: Today globalization raised, social, INGO political and cultural role of in human society. International nongovernmental organizations half of the 19th century, the international system concerns about active impacts of on human life increase were compiled. this type of movements and organizations are often organized around the following axes are human rights, humanitarian action in armed hostilities against the approach, social entrepreneurs, This thesis asks how Social movements and international organizations con based INGO International civil society in the globalization process at the two approaches, we explore the theoretical basis for the formation and functioning according to the dimensional approach and goals. About the overall approach of these institutions exist two views of the first view of these institutions and processes designed by the major powers led to their interests along with the globalization trend, in line with the government regardless of the second International Peace Research and altruism are working principle such as individual freedom, social altruism, peace, avoid war and... Make a point emphasized organizations and movements characteristic of this type circuit, and indeed moral government, which is kind of benefits regardless of politics between states and organizations is inter states. Then take the result given the theoretical basis and the objectives and functions is the same as INGO similar parties act in local communities and the role of everyday people to be more bold and less roles of governments and civil societies in the command system of principles between International placed according to the process of globalization the international system toward achieving a kind of civility and international civil society takes steps.

Abstract: Contract is among basic principles discussed in Labor and Commercial Laws. It is necessary to provide its definition, to survey its content and discuss one of the most controversial issues, namely contract termination. As a delicate matter in Labor and Commercial Laws, contract termination may lead to unfairness against one of the contracting parties; hence its terms are required to be investigated. It is worth mentioning that contract termination issue in Iran Law has knots which must be untied by jurists so that it may bring about more sense of security in labor and commerce environments of the society. So this paper, comparing laws of Iran and developing countries, aims at surveying solutions for legal problems pertaining to contract termination, underlining protection of contracting parties' interests.

Abstract: Background: Bread is a valuable source of proteins, minerals and calories. Baking soda (Sodium bicarbonate) prevents the absorption and digestion of bread and more salt (Sodium chloride) used in production of bread also causes different diseases. Considering the scarcity of studies done on small towns and rural areas, this study was conducted to determine the amount of soda and salt in bakeries of Isfahan-Iran. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out on 50 bakeries of Isfahan district during 2009-10. A total number of 400 samples were randomly collected from all bakeries in four steps (two loaves from first batch) which then sent to the laboratory. None of the bakers had knowledge of the research intention during sampling and samples were taken in random days. The measurement of pH and salt was done in accordance with the standard method of Institute of Standard and Industrial Research of Iran (ISIRI, 1999). The standard pH <6.2 indicative of no consumption of baking soda in bread and salt less than 2 g / 100 g was considered as the reference. Data were analyzed using Chi-square. Results: The pH less than 6.2 was seen in 91.5% of samples. Most pH above 6.2 was in Lavash bread (12.5%). In 64.5% of samples, the amount of salt was more than the standard. Yeast was used in 80% of bakeries. Also the least amount of yeast was used in dried bread (66. 7%). Moreover, the results indicated that there is a significant difference between the amount of baking soda consumption and the season and between the type of bread and the salt consumption (P<0.002). Conclusion: It could be concluded that the amount of baking soda used in the bakeries of this study was not high; bakers either had no enough knowledge about the amount of salt used for production of bread or had more other reasons to use salt more or less than the standard. Therefore, drastic measures to control the amounts of baking soda and salt in bakeries are recommended.

Abstract: When the objectives of advertisement namely increasing the sales rate and market demand share had been determined and a proper marketing strategy had been selected for company products, the necessary budget was allocated and our advertising message namely outstanding the superiority and advantages as well as the differences of our products to other similar ones from our competitors would be announced via suitable various attractive advertising instruments that distinguished special salient characteristics of our products. Of course, using appropriate promotional tools and media as well determining and identifying the type of customer (age, gender, income level and purchasing power, his demands and expectations) are particularly important, our advertisement should be informative for the new products, but it should be convincing and expressive for the products which had been found in market, also for the products delivered to market and customer retention is desired, the advertisement need to be reminder. But the important point is that we must know and understand the efficacy and effectiveness, positive feedbacks of our selective strategy. This stage of marketing and advertising operation is called assessment step and in fact make it possible for us to decide on the type and manner of doing the advertisement. Unfortunately today, especially third world countries often imitate the advanced countries in selecting and implementing most of their marketing business operations. People generally assume that allocating amount of money as an advertising budget and preparing some TV shows or published advertisement without new attractive innovation, creativity and advancing product quality is sufficient for increasing the sales rate, attracting new customers and markets or retention pervious customers and markets. However, if the mission and target lost its importance and it turned into performance of duty or shows off as a representation as well especially the last stage of advertisement e.g. assessing the successfulness was ignored, in fact all of our efforts would be fruitless and assuredly no desired results would be achieved. In following, we want to address this step in advertising as assessment step more professionally. Author`s discussion and studies mostly were library and review and were an abstract from literatures on subject.

Abstract: Rabi oscillation of particle (photon) can be generated by light propagating within a micro-optical ring resonator. The connection between particles and projection parameters can be distributed across time and space when they are in their quantum coherent state, in which the quantum life can be established via the substance of the quantum field, where the massless particle (photon), i.e. thought/feeling can be projected and the measurement formed. By using the Rabi oscillation probe, the neuron projection parameters such as Čerenkov radiation, levitation, remote viewing, psychics and supernatural power can be projected and measured. Furthermore, when the massless particle, i.e. thought/feeling speed is greater than the group velocity, the cold body behavior under the adiabatic process is formed and survived, in which the relics can be obtained after death by the cold body phase transition, where the different forms of amorphous materials are constructed and obtained.
