Abstract: The analysis of average PAT in case of Food and Beverages Industry has been revealed that the average PAT has been increased from Rs. 7.92 crore in 2003 to Rs. 134.62 crore in 2018. The average PAT in the industry has shown increasing trend up the year 2006, which due to increase in total demand in the early phase of economic reforms. The average PAT has shown again increasing trends from the year 2008, which means that competition in the late 2000s has very less impact on average PAT of the Food and Beverages industry. The variability in average PAT in terms of Standard Deviation ranges between 19.20 to 455.26, which indicates the level of variability in PAT in the industry. The annual growth rate has shown a positive trend during most of the years under study. The analysis of PAT in case of chemical industry revealed that the average PAT has been increased from Rs. 55.26 crore in 2003 to Rs. 306.59 crore in 2018. The average PAT has shown increasing trend in all most all years except the years 2004 and 2008. Although the average PAT has shown very high level of fluctuations during the study period, annual growth rate has shown positive trend and touches all time high level of growth in the year 2014. Similarly the analysis of PAT in case of Banking Industry revealed that the average PAT has been increased from Rs. 3149 crore in 2003 to Rs. 306.59 crore in 2018. The average PAT has shown fluctuations during first phase of economic reforms but it has shown increasing trend after 2009 till 2018. The average PAT has touches its all time high level in the year 2018. The variability in terms of standard deviation ranges between 85.42 to 1086, which indicate very high level of variability in earnings. The average annual growth rate has shown positive trend in most the years under study. It touches all time high level in the year 2003 due to sudden increase in demand in first phase of economic reforms.

Abstract: The inter- correlations among the measure of family environment are ranging from.18 to.46. All correlations among the measures of family environment are significant at or above.05 level of significance. The obtained correlation pattern depicts that all of the significant are positive. The COH has a positive correlation with EXP (r=.35), CON (r=.39), ACC (r=.40), IND (r=.20), ACT (r=.36), ORG (r=46) and CO (.40). EXP has found to correlated positively with CON (r=.35), ACC (r=.21), IND (r=.21), ACT (r=.28), ORG (r=.21), and CO (r=.18), CON has positively correlation with ACC (r=.43), IND (r=.28), ACT (r=.31), ORG (r=.35) and CO (r=.44). interpreted as high amount openly expressed thoughts may be lead to level of acceptance and caring, Independence, active-Recreational. ACC has found to correlated positively with IND (r=.28), ACT (r=.31), ORG (r=.35) and CO (r=.44). IND has found positively correlation with ACT (r=.24), ORG (r=.18), and CO (r=.25). It may be interoperated as individuals high on participation in social and recreational activities tend to be high on independence. The measure ACT has found positively correlation with ORG (r=.35) and CO (r=.19). It shows that highly Active-Recreation Orientation may lead to high level of feeling of organization and control. The correlation between ORG and CO (r=.35). It suggests that clear Orientation structure in planning family activities and responsibilities leads to control. The obtained correlational pattern depicts that the measure of family environment shared common variance among them.

Abstract: Cancer is the general name for a group of more than 100 diseases. Although there are many kinds of cancer, all cancers start because abnormal cells grow out of control. Untreated cancers can cause serious illness and death. The body is made up of trillions of living cells. Normal body cells grow, divide, and die in an orderly fashion. During the early years of a person’s life, normal cells divide faster to allow the person to grow. After the person becomes an adult, most cells divide only to replace worn-out or dying cells or to repair injuries. This article introduces recent research reports as references in the related studies.

A Useful technique for solving the differential equation with boundary values

Dr. Dinesh Verma

Associate Professor Department of Applied Science

Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology (YCET), Jammu (J & K)

Abstract: The Laplace transformation is applied in different areas of science, engineering and technology. The Laplace transformation is applicable in so many fields. Laplace transformation is used in solving the time domain function by converting it into frequency domain. Here we have applied Laplace transformation in linear ordinary differential equations with constant coefficient and several ordinary equations wherein the coefficients are variable. Laplace transformation makes it easier to solve the problems in engineering applications and makes differential equations simple to solve. This paper presents a new technological approach to solve Ordinary differential equation with constant coefficient. Some of the important properties are detailed deeply in this paper with proof, brief description of inverse Laplace transformation with effective examples and solve the differential equations with boundary values.

Abstract: Albizia zygia (Leguminosae) is a gum producing tree and wide spread in tropical Africa. It has secondary metabolites of medicinal importance. This study investigates the enzyme (urease and α-glucosidase) inhibition, antioxidant and insecticidal activities of the crude extract and isolates. Terpenoids (lupeol and Betulin) and flavonoids (4',7-dihydroxyflavanone, 3,4',7-Trihydroxyflavone, 4',5,7-trihydroxy-3'-methoxyflavone and 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-3',5'-dimethoxyflavone) were isolated from A. zygia and were shown to possess significant enzyme inhibition (urease and α-glucosidase) and antioxidant activities, when activities were compared with thiourea, 1-deoxynojiromycin hydrochloride (DNJ) and butylated hydroxylanisole used as standards in the three assays. 4',7-dihydroxyflavanone (21.5 ±0.32), 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-3',5'-dimethoxyflavone (31.2 ± 0.10) and the fixed oil (32.9 ± 0.56) were the most active in the antioxidant assay. The fixed oil obtained from A. zygia was dominated with hexahydrofarnesyl acetone, palmitic acid, 2-hydroxyethyl ester, oleic acid, and oleic acid, methyl ester. This study therefore justifies the use of A. zygia in the treatment of tumour and oxidation related diseases.
