Abstract摘要:我们是坚决反对论文造假和科研腐败的;事情如有发生,应向合法的部门投诉,等待处理。这事也说明在高工资、高职称、好位子和好环境的专家、教授中,也有“讲礼”补课的需要。只要做到坚持众所周知的“四项基本原则”,以及有过打好基础知识经历的人站出来, 以“真诚、真心、真实”的态度对待基础科学前沿理论、原理方面的有所发明发现,在互联网社会主义”平台上发表己见,那么“星星之火可以燎原”,14亿人的国度的中文写作,还是会有所发现,不会永久让英文世界一家垄断我们的话语权。

Abstract: Quantum gravity is one of the burning problems in physics. Both quantum physics and Einstein’s general relativity are successful and consistent theories. But physicists miserably not succeeded in unifying these two fields.   It is well known that it is impossible to deduce Euclid V only by assuming Euclid I t o IV. But Kalimuthu has five consistent publications in this topic. These five publications may offer a clue for quantum gravity.

Mitigating Climate Change Effects On Agriculture In Nigeria

Abstract:Climate change has become our new reality. It brings with it changes in weather patterns that can have serious repercussions for all of us, upsetting seasonal cycles, harming ecosystems an d water supply, affecting agriculture and food production, causing sea-levels to rise and many other situations. Climate Change causes floods, landslides, drought and famine. As weather becomes fiercer and storms increase in frequency and intensity, serious socio-economic consequences result. Malnutrition and disease become common occurrences. Climate change has a cumulative effect on natural resources and the balance of nature. Its effects are already visible in Nigeria. This paper, therefore, is aimed at highlighting the mitigation measures to climate change effects on Agriculture. Climate change as a phenomenon is believed to be majorly caused by human activities which devastate the environment. This paper identified four kinds of activities that cause climate change. They are the burning of fossil fuels; agriculture and livestock production, changes in land use like deforestation and industrial activities. This paper also identified some effects of climate change as increased precipitation, drought, flooding, crop failures, and heat stress in livestock. This paper also advanced measures that could mitigate climate change as mulching, cover cropping, agro-forestry, etc., as water conservation strategies; crop rotation; irrigation; selection of crop and livestock that will adapt easily to climate change, use of drought resistant crops, healthy seedlings and disease resistant crops and animals, etc.

Abstract: 郭汉英教授1939年生,籍贯四川乐山人。研究员。1964年毕业于清华大学工程物理系核理论专业,1964年至1978年先后在二机部401所、中国科学院原子能研究所、中国科学院高能物理研究所工作,201065日因病医治无效在北京逝世,享年71岁。郭汉英教授逝世已经满十周年,我们纪念他,因为他生前为希望中国在跨世纪中出现自己的基础研究大家,和独创理论。

摘要:熙宁时期的,新旧两派对天道观的态度迥异。尽管王安石认为天命不足畏,但反变法派人士抓住神宗笃信天道观这一特点,在每次灾异之后的应诏直言中,极力指陈灾异因人事而起,借机挞伐用兵、任人、新法等种种新政弊端,以期补救时弊。熙宁七年大旱所引发的群臣进言及一系列事件,震惊了神宗,新政被迫做出了调整。反变法派借天道言人事,实为谏止新法之一策,再一次凸显了天道观念的传统政治属性。灾异言说也为考察王安石新法的发展提供了一个新的视角。

从宇宙“轴线”到宇宙三旋分形应用

摘要:“为什么不是二旋而是三旋?大于存在么?”回答是:拓扑学上环面与球面不同伦;理想的环面按自旋的对称性定义,作自旋只能有三种类似:体旋、面旋和线旋。宇宙轴线后续探测的报告不多,为啥?宇宙的起源是一个复杂性问题,三旋分形对此为大爆炸宇宙学提供了新的思路。众所周知,相邻的圈子只交一次,要组成一个新圈,就象组成三角形要三条边一样,至少要三个圈子。
