ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AS A  TOOL FOR DETERMINING THE FLOW OF RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this paper is to bring to the fore the essence of the organizational structure in the assignment of responsibility in relation to the flow of authority in a corporate setting. Organization refers to the structure of relationships among position jobs, which is created to achieve certain objective and control the activities of man with a mechanism. The approach adopted by the authors is to study related literature based on the typical issues related to the concepts and draw meaningful conclusions per a logical analysis of the compiled literature. An in-depth examination of the literature collated revealed that there should be a clear definition of authority in the organization and that this authority flows, one link at a time, through the chain of command from the top to the bottom of the organization. Communication in the organization is through channels. Following this principle generally results in clarification of relationships, less confusion, and improved decision-making. Lawrence's first masterpiece: Sons and Lovers

Abstract:  The World War - I broke out in 1914 but the year 1913 saw the publication of Lawrence's first masterpiece Sons and Lovers. The novel was much more directly autobiographical then his first novel, The White Peacock published in 1911. Therefore, one does not see the shadows of war on the horizon of the novel, though we do find the signs of ruin of the provincial culture, the repository of the organic community, following industrialization. The novel, in fact, begins with Lawrence's critique of industrial society of England, not because it offered community to the individual in which one could live his whole self in harmony with others, but because it frustrated it. He started the novel by picturing how industrialization has reduced workers or farmers, to colliers; the England countryside was now striven with coal pits around which lived the colliers who worked in the little gin-pits. The Morels⎯Walter Morel and Gertrude Morel⎯came from Bestwood to what symbolically is block of cottages called the Bottoms. The place was good to look at from the front, but the dwelling room, the kitchen, was at the back of the house, facing inward between the blocks, looking at the ash-pits. So the actual conditions of living in the Bottom that was so well built and that looked so nice, were quite unsavory because people must live in the kitchen and the kitchens on to that nasty alley of ashpits.¹ This is the first indication that the old provincial life which was available to him rich and exciting was lost instead man became a commodity put on sale. It is uprooted from its soil and taken to where its labour is needed. Raymond Williams² drew our attention to the real tragedy of England, which Lawrence also emphasizes⎯the tragedy of ugliness. Lawrence generally bewailed that so lovely a country is made ugly and vile by industrialization. It was ugliness which betrayed the spirit of man.

Abstract: 生命是运动、营养、休息、治疗及做善事这五个方面统一场的文明性。文明性就是我的膳食， 我只按照如中医所说粗茶淡饭三顿吃饱, 买蔬菜几天一換也是搭配营养价值买两三样菜，并配一个汤菜吃，一星期增加吃一两次晕菜 。煮粥甚至煮饭锅里，先放适合当时身体需要,如黄茂、构杞, 、黑豆、绿豆等农副产品或药材一两种, 先煮约二十分钟以后放米煮了吃。.还买生姜、胡椒粉 大椒粉、五香粉、大蒜头、老葱粉 虾皮作做菜配料用.也有利增强体质和防病作用。也只买如小苹果、小西红柿、小桔子、小草霉, 弥猴桃之类水果, 一天只生吃一种的一两个。特别冬季不生吃大苹果之类的冷零食, 以免受凉胃子不舒服, 也是吃多了没必要浪费。身体不好的人也没必要天天早起去郊外锻练身体。因能量守恒，应以逸待劳保持良好心态静养为宜。

STUDY ON Psychoanalytic Criticism

Abstract: Psychoanalytic criticism begins from the publications of Sigmund Freud's “The Interpretations of Dreams” (1900). In this  work we find the first example of applied psychoanalysis with Freud’s interpretation of William Shakespeare’s play “Hamlet”.for Freud,“Hamlet” derives from repressed infantile sexual desire. Hamlet is the first modern psychopathological character on the English stage;he is a character who is able to perform any act except take vengeance on the man who did away with this father and took his father's place with his mother the man who shows him the repressed wishes of his own childhood realized. Thus Hamlet reveals to us our deeply repressed oedipal desire. Freude’s brief, interpretation of “Hemlet” has been criticized by Shakespearean scholars but at the same time it has remained a peculiarly enduring reading of the play.

BIOGRAPHICAL COMPARATIVE STUDY OF RUDYARD KIPLING AND EDWARD MORGAN FORSTER: A PASSAGE TO INDIA

Abstract: A Passage to India is Forster's best knows and most widely read novel. it deals with the problems of humanity at large in the novel. Though, the background of the novel is India and most of the characters are either Indian or Englishman who have come to India as officers, yet the issues that arise due to the interaction of these characters are of universal interest. A Passage to India is not only a true representation of the British-Raj in India but also a vivid portrayal of the relationship between the oppressed and the oppressor. Mr. Turton and Ronny are the representatives of the imperialistic design of England. Similarly, Aziz, a Muslim doctor, Hamidulldh or even been robbed of its opportunities due  to political subjection, rather than the representatives of India alone. In fact, Forster is determined to depicting the clash of individuals. A friendship between Aziz and Fielding presents  a hope that the British and the Indian can be good friends. But Aziz knows the ground realities of the British-Raj and ends up the novel with a note that there could be no friendship between the haughty British rulers and humble Indians. A close study of the English novels relating to India makes it clear that the setting of these novels is to great importance. It has rightly been observed by George Orwell, he remarks : "In all the novels about the East, the scenery is the real subject matter”.

从量子色动化学到人工智能----读《量子宇宙》

摘要：量子色动化学扩宽未来研究聚变和裂变，电子填充周期表中各种元素原子的能级，由主量子数n、角量子数l和磁量子数m标记，具有相同n与l，但n不同的能级已被归为一类。这里只是原子、原子核外层轨道能级一端的状态，内层原子核质子数一端的组装状态也很魔方，肯定会带来更多的刺激。如即使搞燃烧爆炸核武和核电，不产生放射性污染超标，旋钮模型操作的弦方弦盒，类似化学键的弦线、磁力线具有的电中性，也能打通联系原子、原子核内外两端，产生类似魔角石墨烯轰动的微芯片到人工智能的进步，为政权人物和政权现象的“战争与争霸”，和“和平与发展”的践行作智慧比赛。效果像把不变、裂变、聚变都是简单质子数的这种元素排列顺序的“死”结构，变为质子数不变能发挥作用的弦方组合“活”结构；增添总能量E=自然模型mC²+社会模型mC²=2mC²，像芯片组装上万个晶体管接听开关能力增添一样。
