The control received placebo for 2 months. The experimental group ingested Maca (2000) mg daily for two months. 5ml venous blood withdrawn from all participants pre-post experiment for blood analysis of lactate, stem cell, testosterone, T. protein, nitrite, Rbcs, Hb, Wbs, cortisol hormone, pulse and respiratory rate. Results revealed that Maca induce positive results in relation to the tested parameters compared to the control group.

Conclusion: Maca may act as aphrodisiac, decreased stress increased stem cells to renew cells and tissues and stimulate blood cells and oxygenate muscles.

Abstract: With the integration of China, I like to move the arrow of the dynamic field on the Taiji Diagram to the heart of one of the following movement rules, the creation of yin and yang, the movement of gold, wood, water, fire and the earth, so as to rise all the philosophical ideas of evolution. The WTO of Taoism's inaction emphasizes the unity and contradiction of opposites. Confucius is really another rumor of centrifugal movement, such as arrow, kindness, justice, etiquette, wisdom, and the birth of Confucianism, which promises the highest degree of ethical adaptation. Unfortunately, they usually analyze problems from a macro or micro perspective. There is no real understanding of the voltmeter picture of the Taiji Eight Diagrams, and there is no way to find the source below, nor to explain all the real meanings of the Taiji Eight Diagrams, which cannot play a huge role in science and technology.

O.G. Sultashova

Associate Professor, Candidate of Geography

Karakalpak State University named after Berdak

Abstract: This article presents the results of a study of the weather and ripening of the cotton boll in Uzbekistan. Methods for predicting the yield of cotton fiber for the provinces of the Republic of Uzbekistan are reviewed. Biological and economic indicators of plants are compared. Scientific research and production experience have shown that only the maximum use of the natural and climatic conditions of the regions, during the growing season of cotton, guarantees that its agrotechnical features are taken into account to obtain stable crops with high quality.

Abstract: As a branch of the education system, fine arts education can not only help the dissemination of traditional culture, popular culture and contemporary culture while giving full play to its own value, avoid the fault of cultural inheritance, but also let cultural audiences and learners feel the unique charm of culture and art. The main idea of the overall design method and aesthetic optimization method for art education is to integrate aesthetic cognition in the whole process of art education design, fully consider the mutual influence and coupling effect of aesthetic and value, apply effective design and optimization strategies, make full use of the synergistic effect produced by art education, so as to obtain the overall optimal solution of art education.

ABSTRACT: Regular physical activity can affect the haematological parameters on an individual. This study was aimed at assessing the haematological and CD4 parameters of young sportspersons (pre- and post-exercise) in Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Nigeria. A total of fifty healthy sportspersons between 16-28 years of age and of both sexes were recruited for this study. The haematological parameters were analyzed using the Sysmex KX-21N haematology autoanalyzer while the CD4 counts were determined by flow cytometry using Partec cyflow counter. The results obtained showed that the mean values of HGB and HCT of post-exercise subjects were significantly reduced (P<0.05) in relation to pre-exercise subjects. Whereas, there was statistically a significant increase (P<0.05) in the PLT of post-exercise subjects compared to pre-exercise subjects. On the other hand, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) in the mean values of the WBC, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RBC, NEUT, LYM, MXD RDW-CV, PDW, MPV and CD4 parameters of both subjects. According to sex, only the results of the HGB, HCT, PLT and RDW-CV of the male subjects revealed a statistically significant difference (P<0.05) compared to their female counterparts. Age and types of sport did not affect the haematological and CD4 parameters of the subjects studied. In conclusion, it has been revealed that it was only the results of HGB, HCT, PLT and RDW-CV of post exercise subject that were significantly affected in relation to pre-exercise subjects in the study area.
