Abstract: Farmers in rural areas are vulnerable to hunger and poverty because of the poor fertility state of their soils. The use of organic manures could improve agricultural productivity for these farmers. The current study was carried out to evaluate the performance of Celosia argentea planted with 25t ha-1 poultry manure (PM), cow dung (CD) and compost in randomized complete block design replicated three times. There was also control plot with no addition of organic manure. The results from the study shows that plots amended with 25t ha-1 poultry manure significantly (P< 0.05) influenced the agronomic performance of C. argentea in respect to plant height, number of leaves and stem girth at 2 and 4 weeks after transplanting (WAT); which relatively translate to higher yield (7.6kg/plot) compared to other treatments. Based on the findings from this study, it is recommended that soil amended with 25t ha-1 PM is good for C. argentea production due to its high nitrogen content which influenced the crop agronomic performances and ultimately the yield. It was also noted that CD can serve as a better substitute for poultry manure.

Abstract: Crime and punishment are two important legal issue that are presented with the criminal in two different methods, that is, one of them is committed by the criminal and one of them is imposed on him.for this reason the penal law with a tool named law and a creator named legislator determines the boundaries of crime and specifies the punishment bearable on the criminal.in a right and logical penal and legal cycle.at first crimes are defined by the legislator, then they are breached by a criminal and then is suppressed by a anchor it olive power, in this cycle, the legislator undoubtedly considers inhibitive and extensively of legal articles and because it is the sages part of the government whatever passes is considering all individual and social benefits of people of society, specially because our legislator has got the richness of Shiite jurisprudence, but also according to article 4 of constitution it should be based on religious verdicts, such that Guardian Council is responsible for this goal but there are some weak rules that not only aren`t very strong but also intervene for committing crime, whether in crime logical subjects, the law itself can be considered as crime making isn`t brought up in (rim logical cal book explicitly but from this point that law is born of society and social life, has this capability to be crime maker but what is clear is that the legislator should use all the capabilities to have the best and most use full laws.

Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the relationships between culture, management accounting systems and managerial performance. The correlation matrix shows that both Culture and MAS are positively correlated to managerial performance. Implication of this study is that top management must recognize and proactively manage differences in culture. In designing management control systems, top managers of multinational corporations should be aware of the extent to which reward and evaluation systems and decision-making processes reinforce differences in culture.

Abstract: The current developments of the Mid-East region may be studied within the framework of the prevailing two competing strategies in the region: Middle-East US Strategy vs Islamic Republic Twenty-Year outlook Strategy. United States in its so called “Greater Mid-East” plan, alongside the menace arising from Sunni radicalism, construes the Shiite world as a main threat for it may turn in to a terrorist and destabilizing force, claiming that  the order desired by the planners of the “Greater Mid- East plan” cannot be tolerated by this force. Strategically, this is an “Israel- oriented” order. In spite of certain modus operandi propounded in this plan i.e., helping the political, social and economic development of the region, the hidden reality behind this plan is, indeed, putting Israel as the pivot and center of that plan under the hegemonic order of the United States. On the other side, there is the Iranian Twenty – Year Development Outlook with the proposed goal of assuming “No, One Position” in the Mid-East region with its influencing indicator. This Outlook encompasses the Shiite world, as well as, those certain parts of the Sunni population that feel themselves duty-bound and observant to the anti-Israeli resistance, as the Iranian strategic depth. This confrontation has become more active due to some practical developments as follow:  The practical link between the paradigm of anti-Israeli resistance and Shiite political and geo-political thought. The confrontation of the Shiite and Sunni political system- buildings after some revolutions called “Arab Spring “or “Islamic Spring” in Mid-East and North Africa regions. Confrontation of Iran and Saudi Arabia in geo-political fields of public movements (uprisings) aiming at protecting their own strategic depths, Establishment of a Shiite majority ruling in Iraq. Under these conditions, it is imperative that certain techniques be offered to modify the political and religion differences in the Islamic world and prevent undermining of Iranian strategy via using regional religious fissures through American strategy and also protect the geo-political position of the Shiite paradigm as well as boosting it through the soft and reflexive and simultaneously unity-oriented policies towards recent revolutionary developments.

Abstract: The celebrity in jurisprudence, and the rights required to determine the exact price and knowledge of the parties when the contract is a sale; So that if such something does not happen, sale is invalidated. In contrast, the out-group is that at least in some cases there is some kind ignorance in the price, not the sale diriment. In this paper we discuss this statement and argued that in addition to definitive determination of price Proofreader determining the sales price is agreed upon. In other words "price setting mechanisms, as well as the instances determine the price." The subject of this article that it is "necessary to definitively determine the true condition of the contract sales price as" What is the reliability and value? Appropriate the beginning, talking about the range of explanation is provided. Necessary to determine the true condition of the contract sales price is considered, both in goods. Proponents of this theory, what is foggy or sales price, the sale warrants are invalidity; but this was written solely to review the situation and uncertain pays a floating price. Because in our time - the following will come as a matter of history - the problem, the more the price is floating. Today Usually industrial products to standards and drawings produced entirely clear, and are presented to the consumer market. And catalogs, specifications and other basic goods and set properties are introduced. And sales almost freed from any ambiguity. The emphasis of this paper is on a floating price.

Abstract: The first issue that arises is that the public, who knows the people of other countries belonging to separate the geographical division of the clearest embodiment, the subject is a citizen. Essentially a political subdivision of citizenship - not geographical, legal and citizenship among individuals and can be the subject of private international law is one of the basic issues in accordance with the Hague Convention of 1930, the principles of citizenship, national compliance are: The importance of citizenship, the principle of single citizenship and naturalization of variability. Despite efforts at domestic level and international level for violations of these principles has been we are faced with people who are without citizenship or have more than one nationality. In the opinion of some French jurists such as Henry Boatful no conflict of nationality is a citizen of both countries has dual citizenship, he is and when one person at a time is more than double the national association, it refers to the status of a nationality.

Abstract: Organizations have been always attempting to increase market share and competitive advantage. To achieve the aim, efficiency and effectiveness play an inevitable role in supply chains. Moreover electronic methods, information technology and interconnections have been made more effective organizations and firms in changing environment of markets. With e-business emerging as a key enabler to drive supply chains, the focus of supply chain management has been shifted from classic production to electronic customer-driven approaches. These changes propose new challenges in supply chains and have had great influence in construction of them. What worsens the situation is to postpone customer needs which has also called for another challenge under the name of delay risk. In this paper a mathematical model is developed for the quantitative assessment of delay risk based on occurrence scenarios. Therefore, for the entire risk estimation, tree of scenarios is constructed. The risk assessment model considering domino effect, will be built in order to carry out the overall quantitative risk assessment.

Abstract: Eighty NZW weaned rabbits (40 males and 40 females at 5 weeks of age and 535.19±14.73 g LBW) were used in a complete randomized design of four treatments during feeding period from 5 to 12 weeks of age. Rabbits in the 1st group were fed commercial pelleted diet without additive (control, G1). Rabbits in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th groups were fed the control diet supplemented with 5 g pumpkin seed (PS) oil/kg diet (G2), 5 g nigella sativa seed (NS) oil/kg diet (G3) and 2.5 g PS oil plus 2.5 g NS oil /kg diet (G4), respectively. Results showed that dietary supplementation did not affect nutrients digestibility coefficients and nutritive values. Cecal pH value and NH3-N concentration were higher (P<0.05) in G1 than in supplemented groups (G2-G4). Concentration of TVFAs was lower in G1 and the highest concentration was in G4 (P<0.05). Haemoglobin concentration, PCV%, counts of red and white blood cells, percentage of differential white blood cells, concentrations of total proteins, albumin and globulin in blood serum were nearly similar in all groups. In blood serum, concentration of glucose increased (P<0.05), total lipids, triglycerides,  total  cholesterol,  HDL  and LDL as well as activity of AST and ALT decreased (P<0.05) by supplementation of PS, NS or their combination. Mortality rate decreased (P<0.05) in supplemented groups. Final body weight was higher (P<0.05) as compared to G1, G2 and G3. Total and daily weight gain were higher (P<0.05) for G4 compared with the other groups. Rabbits in G2 and G3 showed the highest (P<0.05) feed intake followed by G1, while G4 had the lowest intake (P<0.05). Rabbits in G4 recorded the best (P<0.05) feed conversion ratio and performance index compared with other groups. Group 4 recorded the highest net revenue (P<0.05), followed by G1, while G2 and G3 had the lowest revenue (P<0.05). Groups 3 showed the highest (P<0.05) slaughter and carcass weights as well as dressing percentage. Groups 3 and 4 had (P<0.05) the highest abdominal and shoulder fat weight. Weight of liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, spleen, head and bile, physical characteristics, moisture and ash contents in meat were nearly similar in all groups. Group 4 showed the highest (P<0.05) protein content in meat, G1 showed the highest (P<0.05) fat content in meat. In conclusion, rabbits fed diet supplemented with combination of pumpkin and black seeds oils (2.5 g PS and 2.5 g NS /kg diet) showed the best results concerning digestibility coefficients, cecal fermentation, blood parameters, growth performance, carcass quality and economic efficiency.

Abstract: Thirty six New Zealand white (NZW) doe rabbits with initial body weight of 1445.2±39.4 g and aged 12 weeks were used in a complete randomized design experiment with four dietary treatments. Does were fed commercial diet without additive (control, G1) or supplemented with 5 g pumpkin seed (PS) oil/kg diet (G2), 5 g black seed (BS) oil/kg diet (G3) and 2.5 g PS oil plus 2.5 g BS oil /kg diet (G4). Rabbit does in G4 showed the highest (P<0.05) body weight (BW) and average daily gain at the different age intervals, followed by those in G2 and G3, while does in G1 had the lowest weights. Does in G4 showed significantly (P<0.05) the highest values of BW at mating and parturition, the 1st service conception rate and the lowest number of service per conception, followed by those in G2 and G3, while does in G1 had the poorest values. Does in G2, G3 and G4 increased average daily milk yield (as overall for the suckling period) by 9.57, 20.00 and 27.63% compared with G1, respectively. Milk of does in G4 showed significantly (P<0.05) the highest percentage of fat, protein, lactose, total solids and solids not fat, followed by milk of does in G2 and G3, while milk of G1 had the lowest percentages. In blood serum of does, G4 showed significantly (P<0.05) the highest concentrations of total protein and globulin, while those in G2 showed significantly (P<0.05) the highest albumin and glucose concentrations. Does in G1 showed significantly (P<0.05) the highest total lipids, triglycerides, total cholesterol, HDL and LDL concentrations. Activity of AST and ALT was not affected by supplementation. The concentrations of prolactin and thyroxine (T4) hormones were higher in G4, while triiodothyronine hormone (T3) was higher in G3. The concentrations of IgG and IgM in serum of both does and their offspring were the highest in G4 as compared to other groups, but the differences were not significant. Does in G3 showed the highest litter size at birth, but those in G4 showed the highest (P<0.05) litter size at 7, 14, 21 and 28 days of suckling period. Bunnies of G1 showed the highest (P<0.05) mortality rate, followed by those in G2 and G3, while G4 had the lowest rate. Does in G2 showed the heaviest (P<0.05) litter weight at birth, while G4 had the highest litter weight at 28 days of suckling period. Bunnies of G3 and G4 recorded the heaviest (P<0.05) litter weight gain for the whole suckling period. Bunnies in G2 showed significantly (P<0.05) the highest BW and weight gain during the different suckling periods, while the lowest weight gain was recorded for bunnies in G1. Pumpkin and black seeds oils supplementation improved economic efficiency of does and their offspring, which net revenue of G2, G3 and G4 increased by 9.77, 25.23 and 34.75% compared with G1, respectively. Does rabbits fed diet supplemented with a combination of pumpkin and black seeds oils (2.5 g PS oil plus 2.5 g BS oil/ kg diet) and their offspring showed the best results.

Abstract: The question of abortion is considered by many societies, discussed in legal systems of states from ancient epochs therein. This purview is required to scrutinize for the link of Islamic jurisprudence and medicine. Abortion is considered a taboo in religious law and it necessitates the indemnification of blood-money. In this thesis we run on the immunity of abortion considered in placenta maladies, immunity of abortion in embryonic disorders, as well as the view of jurisconsults about the abortion of mooncalf fetus, non-immunity of abortion of the mooncalf, the view of contemporary religious scholars about therapeutic abortion and the argumentations of the immunity of therapeutic abortion respectively. Thereupon we tally the exegesis with the scrutiny of therapeutic abortion in which the gusts were derived from them from the viewpoint of Islamic jurisprudence thereinafter.

Abstract: Recent international programs and documents have introduced Money laundering as a transnational organized crime, through the world. In money laundering, money launderers do some actions to take the dirty money gained from criminal acts such as drug trafficking and extortion, fraud and ... away from the source to make it look legitimate and the best way to do this is by entering the money in financial and banking systems. Money laundering as a financial crime has significant negative impacts like: the spread of corruption in society, undermining the private sector, reducing government revenue and strengthened financial resources and networks of offenders and thereby reduced state authority, on economic growth and development. These consequences and negative effects persuade the states to sync with international organizations in taking preventive action steward this crime and detecting offenders and punishing them .In this regard, the Islamic Republic of Iran is among the countries which tried to deal with this phenomenon, using the Anti-Money Laundering Act, consisting of twelve articles and seven not eosin 1386andits executive emulations and supervision by the central bank in order to prevent money laundering in financial markets.

Abstract: In this study described about drunk, criminal liability, a drunk that can impact on criminal liability, historical period of drunk impact on criminal responsibility, criminal regime in Iran and the effect of drunk on the types of offenses in the Iranian penal system. The definition of drunk can be said that drunk is unusual state that created by effect of drug use intoxicants in individual so that it can take away or impair different degrees of force of will and consciousness and perception. Aristotle and Epictetus both have their own way of dealing with weakness of will. The better of the two responses is the one put forward by Epictetus. Epictetus had the superior response due to the fact that he deals with weakness of will by saying that the only things that make a person weak are completely in that person's control. Epictetus states that, “We are responsible for some things, while there are others for which we cannot be held responsible. The former include our judgment, our desire, aversion and our mental faculties in general; the latter include the body, material possessions, our reputation, status – in a word, anything not in our power to control ”( Epictetus 221). This is the main force behind the solution given by Epictetus. Aristotle also has his own solutions for weakness of will, but I believe his response is contradictory. Aristotle says that incontinence is brought forth by lack of knowledge of particulars due to being taken over by passions. This makes incontinent acts involuntary, just as an act of a mad, sleeping, or drunk man is involuntary. Aristotle also says that involuntary acts are pardoned. The point of contradiction comes when Aristotle says that incontinence is blameworthy. This is why the response from Aristotle does not completely answer the question at hand. Epictetus has more sound argument. As stated in earlier, there are things under our control and things that are not under our control. This shows that Epictetus believes in some form of fate. The idea that you must not confuse what is under your control and what is not is a sort of starting point to becoming a “good” person. The response from Epictetus could be viewed as extreme.
