Anemia in pregnancy: A survey of pregnant women in Hyderabad, Sindh.

Abstract: Background & objective: Prevalence of anemia in Pakistan is among the highest in the world. The aim of this study was to evaluate the prevalence and relationship of anemia in pregnancy. Methods: A survey type study was conducted from January 2013 to August 2013, on 100 pregnant women who attended antenatal care at Bhitai Hospital Unit No 5, Latifabad, Hyderabad, Sindh. Interview-based questionnaire, clinical history, and laboratory tests were used to obtain data. Result. The prevalence of anemia was Majority were mild type anemia. The frequency of anemia was found to be in 20-25 years 15%, in 26-30 years 22% and in 30-40 years 63%. Conclusion: The prevalence of anemia was high; Low income, malnutrition was associated with anemia. Early detection and effective management of anemia in pregnancy can lead to substantial reduction in under nutrition in childhood, adolescence and improvement in adult height.

Custody types in Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract: The possibility of confiscating both movable and real states would be limited to some more extent up to the ratifying and notifying the budget for a next year and help, after the year in which the verdict is issued. This issue is right about the movable and real estate properties of municipalities which are based on the regulation of prohibition of confiscating the movable and real estate properties (ratified in 2, 14, 1361) The enforcement of civil judgment anticipated some solutions for both respecting the right of third parties and performing the arbiter duty, such as: article No 44, 26, 146, 147 and articles from 61 to 66, which all will be discussed in details in the body of the essay. When a verdict is issued, there are some conditions for it to be enforced; one of these conditions is, issuing the writ of enforcement and it should be announced to convicted person. According to the article no 34 of enforcement in civil judgment, the vindicated person has to perform the contents of the verdict by 10 days after receiving the announcement. As it is mentioned earlier, the convicted person has to perform the verdict by 10 days after announcing the verdict, but she/he may be ignore to perform and refuse to compensate.

 Abstract:This scientific research focus that the “DRAVIDIANS” shall be considered as ancient populations of “INDO CONTINENT” also called “INDOS” or “DRAVDIAN LIONS”. Catheter Related Infection In Geriatric Population On Hemodialysis, A Study From Central India

Abstract: The patients of geriatric age group are more venerable to the renal failure due to various  etiology. As age advances the immunity of patients also decreases and these patients are more prone for the infection related to the hemodialysis catheter. 37 patients of geriatric age group having age > 60 years on hemodialysis were included for the purpose of study admitted in Nephrology Unit, Pt.J.N.M. Medical College Raipur from was studied. In this study male affected more as compare to female. Catheter related infection was more common with patients having moderate to severe anemia. Infection more common in patients with hypoalbuminemia. Leukocytosis was seen in most of patients having catheter related infection.More was the duration of catheter more was the infection related complication. Catheter related infection more common in Hypothyroidism with Femoral catheter.

Towards Uniform Civil Code: A Mandate Under India Constitution

Abstract: It is well settled that the interpretation by Supreme Court of India of several provisions of the Constitution of India and other laws in respect of making uniformity in India is satisfactory and the Uniform Civil Code as provided in the Constitution of India is a mandate and to be implemented by making a uniform law for the unity and integrity of India. In this paper the author has formulated the following questions and has tried to explain in detail as per their research- What is the main purpose of the provision of Article 44 of the Constitution of India? What is the relationship between personal laws and religion? What is the role of judiciary in directing the state to make Uniform Civil Code? Whether Article 25 of the Constitution of India protects the personal laws?

Abstract: Following Islamic jurisprudence source, under legal regulations, reference to doubt is a case resulting in realization of lineage outside the family. However, such lineage realization itself requires realization of some conditions, the most principal of which is to obtain good faith and mistakes made by the man and woman on whom, as claimants, the burden of proof is imposed. In this writing, definition of reference to doubt, causes and conditions of its realization, and man's/ woman's rights and obligations in relation to a child caused by doubt are addressed and, finally, differences between other Islamic nations' laws and ours with respect to the issue of lineage caused by doubt are stated briefly.

Legitimate defense in Islamic law and jurisprudence

Abstract: we investigate the subject of legitimate defense and requirements of defense and attack. How and based on what legitimate defense's rules is accepted in different countries laws and regulation. As far as we know, government is responsible to prevent crime and its impact and malfunction and the involvement of people in this field and committing criminal acts are prohibited. IN order for a legal defense to be and defendant is free from punishment, attack and aggression should be on special people and property. In Addition, self-defense is valid and legitimate, in which is done against aggression. When a person is committing the Necessary that action in respect to defense, his practice is not illegal.

 THAI-e ETHIA!...(A new theory on “Parliament”)

 Abstract: In Geological evolution the term “INDO LAND” shall be considered as “SINGLE LARGE CONTINENT” also called by name “ETHIA” in proto Indo language  (PIE). “ETHIANS” shall be called as “PROTO DRAVIDIANS”, “INDOS”, “BLACK POPULATIONS” lived on Earth planet even before “SUN EMITS FIRST RAYS” on the Earth. During the course of “Expanding Universe” (say, Triassic period) the “large Indo continent” shall be considered become three genetically varied subcontinents due to environmental parameters say “Indo-Dravidian”, “Indo-Europe”, “Indo-Egypt” lands. The present day thousands of global nations existing on the Earth shall be considered as “sub nations” to three fundamental “GEO REGIONS” (also called as three fundamental “Tectonic plate regions”. It is further focused that the “Ethians” shall be considered as technologically advanced in ancient time and expert in Astronomy and Astrophysics in “systematic management” of various planets, satellites, comets of the universe and well formulated about “ETHOS” (ethics), (characteristics and behaviours) of various space objects. It is focused that the philosophy of “PARLIAMENT SYSTEM” of Global nations including Parliament of India (Sansad) shall be considered derived from “Cosmo philosophy” of Ethians called “AKKILEM”, “PARA MANDALAM”, “PARAMAM”. In “Proto-Indo” language Akkilem, Paramandalam, Paramam shall mean as follows:

i)                    “Akkilem” shall mean “Cosmo Universe”
