Abstract: The rapid advancements in wireless technology make the communication in an easier and effective manner. Mobile ad hoc Network (MANET) is a popular wireless network, having collection of mobile nodes communicated through wireless links without using any predefined infrastructure. Routing Protocols serves as forwarding of data packets to have effective Data transfer among the nodes. The performance of ad hoc routing protocols will significantly degrade when there are faulty nodes in the network. The fault tolerant routing protocol addresses this problem by exploring the network redundancy through multipath routing. To overcome the problem of route failure due to route breakage we propose a new fault tolerant protocol design for multi path routing protocol to reduce the packet loss due to route breakage. In Fault-tolerant mechanism, the received signal strength and power level is determined for multiple disjoint routes to every active destination. We designed a local route for prevent the packet loss in the existing path. NS-2 is used for implementation and performance analysis which protocol achieves better throughput and packet delivery ratio with reduced delay, packet drop and energy.

Abstract: The current study aimed to investigate the impact of work redesign on organizational commitment of employees of Bank Melli Iran, in branches located in Fars province. A sample of 315 employees selected using categorical random sampling. Data gathered using standard questionnaires and finally 298 questionnaires returned for further analysis. Correlation analysis using SPSS software showed that there is a significant relationship between work-redesign and employee commitment. Also the relationships between the dimensions of organizational commitment (Affective, Continuance and Normative Commitment) were significant.

Abstract: In Transportation Ministry, several projects are running to build welfare service complexes now and systematic decision making in their prioritization due to the technical, economical and administrative restrictions in the country's transportation and its long-term effects is crucial. However, in this paper the matter is discussed. To define considered decision-making model, in this paper, first welfare service complexes plans' values criteria, which affect selecting process, are classified. To execute the model, 27 options are available, including research plans and plans under construction. Options evaluation accurate method in quality and quantity criteria and mentioned matter adjustment to multi-criteria problem solving models are examined, and to make the criteria bold, pair comparisons method, and for conclusive prioritizing, TOPSIS model are used in this paper. Eventually, it was concluded that complexes on Shiraz-Yassoj are priorities.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior and also compare and examine how these behaviours are related to job satisfaction between public and private sector organizations. Citizenship behaviour is cooperative and productive among employees and as well as organisations. The sample was selected employees of public and private sector organizations. Orgnisational citizenship behaviour had a significant difference in public and private sector organisations. Results reflected that OCB varies in public and private sector organisations and in a result private sector employees practice more citizenship behaviour as compare to public sector employees with constant level of job satisfaction. More importunately, it has been proven that OCB degree more increase private sector where job satisfaction level is high.

Abstract: The contribution of exports to economic growth and development and their impact on different economic sectors constitute a broad and significant issue upon which a large number of economists have been concentrating their minds, and has even branched out extensively into other scientific fields. Therefore, export instability is focused up by policymakers as an influential factor in macro-economic models on the one hand, and a basic variable in risk management and efficiency models on the other. This study aims to present a model to forecast export instability. To that end, Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) and Artificial Neural Network models have been applied for the 1976-2010 period. The findings of this study are indicative of the efficacy of artificial neural networks in forecasting export instability and its declining impact on economic growth.

Abstract: The eternity secret of Quran is the existence of meaning depth named ventricle and interpretation. Utilization of Quran depends on the understanding and corrects clarification of it. According to Quranic verses and narrations, this is the task of prophet and the household of the prophet of Islam as a capacitor of divine science. One the most important verbal challenges among Islamic world is the discussion about the interpretation of Quran. Different approaches to this problem have caused different attitudes of Zahrgrayy and interpretation. Interpretation of holy Quran is lessons of Ahl al-Beyt. And their interpretation is trustable because of their science and infallibility. A problem that has met the interpretation with disfavor is lack of knowing the base and logic of these interpretations that issued from them. Mixing interpretation and discounted meaning logic of criticism and assessment and their understanding is the main problem in encountering to these traditions. Mainly, interpretation is studied from the theory approach but the outcome of traditions issued from infallible shows that they didn't consider interpretation merely a theoretical discussion and give it practical aspect. The base of interpretation by Ahl al-Beyt includes: General words in Quran mainly have proof. God's commandments are transmittable on general and typical facts. God's haram (religiously prohibited) and halal (religiously permissible) are implied to the Imam and his proponent and enemies. Imam is God's channel will. Doubt and ranking in antecedent refer to Imam. The appearance of Quranic verses that is past form refers to the future. Stewardship of Ahl al-beyt is the criterion of faith and provision of accepting deeds and going out of the polytheism and atheism frontier.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of modern information technology on accounting systems and finally the performance of the company. Information technology would enhance the performance, increase accuracy and improve processing speed and reporting. The effect of these parameters on modern accounting management system and ultimately on firm performance is measured. For this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed among 110 companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Using structural equation modeling software AMOS analysis was performed on the data. The results show that information on the performance of listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange affects and the effect through the application of modern tools of management accounting is applied.

Abstract: Productivity affects many organizations to survive in the rapidly progressing business environment. In this paper, productivity is viewed from the other side of coin which is through values as intangible enabler in fuelling it. Values play significant role for this reason. Therefore, this paper expounds the value-based productivity that is related to the performance of the organization based on the literature review and expert’s view. This study aimed at testing the psychometric properties of the questionnaire of value-based productivity items of performance measurement based on the Value-based Total Performance Excellence Model. 600 questionnaires were distributed to the selected Institution of Higher Learning (IHL) i.e. the public university of Iran. The data collected was analyzed using predictive analytics software (PASW) and AMOS, both versions 18. Structural Equation Modeling technique i.e. the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) approach was employed to test the 6-factor hypothesized model of the value-based productivity which consisted values of efficiency, collectiveness, non-exploitative, economy of scale, frugality, timeliness. The result of the CFA suggested that the 6-factor hypothesized model to be revised and yielded a 4-factor measurement model of productivity values. The revised CFA measurement model indicated fit statistics that are adequate with normed chi-square = 2.190, CFI = 0.990, TLI = 0.974. GFI = 0.969 and RMSEA = 0.080. In conclusion, the revised model fitted the data well and there is no proof that the 4-factor measurement model is incorrect. Implications of the study were significant to the University for empowering value-based productivity approach. This is vital in ensuring that university is gearing up for achieving total organizational excellence to prioritize the organizational achievement.

Abstract: Stem cells are derived from embryonic and non-embryonic tissues. Most stem cell studies are for animal stem cells and plants have also stem cell. Stem cells were discovered in 1981 from early mouse embryos. Stem cells have the potential to develop into all different cell types in the living body. Stem cell is a body repair system. When a stem cell divides it can be still a stem cell or become adult cell, such as a brain cell. Stem cells are unspecialized cells and can renew themselves by cell division, and stem cells can also differentiate to adult cells with special functions. Stem cells replace the old cells and repair the damaged tissues. Embryonic stem cells can become all cell types of the body because they are pluripotent. Adult stem cells are thought to be limited to differentiating into different cell types of their tissue of origin. This article introduces recent research reports as references in the related studies.
