Abstract: This paper offers a short survey of linear systems Proportional-Integral-Observer design. This observer has the capacity to estimate simultaneously the states and unknown inputs which include disturbances or model uncertainties appearing on the system. The design of state and output estimation using PO and state, output and disturbance estimation using PIO is done using Matlab/Simulink successfully. The simulation is done for estimating using PO and PIO and the results proved that estimates the state variables and output correctly when there is no disturbance in the plant and there is a constant steady-state error in estimation after leading a constant disturbance into the plant for both state variables and plant output for the Proportional Observer and there is ability to estimate state variables, disturbance and system output correctly with or without the disturbance in plant for the Proportional Integral Observer.

Abstract: Molecular biology is the branch of biology that concerns the molecular basis of biological activity in and between cells, including molecular synthesis, modification, mechanisms and interactions.[1][2] The central dogma of molecular biology describes the process in which DNA is transcribed into RNA then translated into protein.

Abstract: According to Freedman equations, the geometry of the universe has three possibilities namely open, closed and flat. Closed universe obeys the properties of spherical geometry, open universe has the properties of hyperbolic geometry and flat universe agrees with the concepts of classical Euclidean geometry. Recent measurements of WMAP and Planck predict that to a margin of 0.02% error, our universe is flat. But there is no mathematical formulation for the shape of our universe. In this work, the author attempts to show seven mathematical methods for the fate of our universe. The author’s findings are just some attempts. The author does not seek any TOP claims. But the author sincerely believes that these studies may be a small clue for further probes and research.

Abstract: The results of present study showed that milk production was decreases from day 1 to day 40 and slightly increases form day 40 to day 50. This study was conducted from July to September 2020 so heat stress was the major concern that effect the production because heat stress may lead to reduced to DMI, increase respiration rate and panting to maintain the body temperature which ultimately effect the milk production in lactating cows and buffalos. Apart from heat stress other reasons for decreasing in milk productions are fluctuations in daily feeding and mastitis.

Abstract: South Asian Monsoon Time Scale is proposed and designed by me to study the South Asian monsoon. This is very useful to study the South Asian monsoon. So scientists can make this South Asian Monsoon Time Scale and make further research & develop, promote & propagate it. Find out it by searching it’s name South Asian Monsoon Time Scale in all websites or can get by sending your email to scientistgangadhar@yahoo.com I call on world scientists to invent this scale and break down the mysteries of the aforesaid monsoon. Scientists who want to invent this scale have trouble in making it, kindly contact me via my personal email id  gangadhar19582058@gmail.com and take my assistance in making it. I will help you in making this scale. A sample scale will also be made and send to you. For this, a certain amount should be sent for expenses. For this, they must send the list of events of climate just like dust storms, monsoon low pressure systems etc. last 140 years since 1880 formed over the South Asian monsoon region in the procedure cited below reference. In addition to this, a certain amount should be sent for expenses. You need to design the computer model later.

Abstract: Vehicle windshield wiper system increases the driving safety by contributing a clear shot viewing to the driver. In this paper, modelling, designing and simulation of a vehicle windshield wiper system with robust control theory is done successfully. H  loop shaping and robust pole placement controllers are used to improve the wiping speed by tracking a reference speed signals. The reference speed signals used in this paper are step and sine wave signals. Comparison of the H  loop shaping and robust pole placement controllers based on the two reference signals is done and convincing results have been obtained. Finally the comparative results prove the effectiveness of the proposed H  Loop Shaping controller to improve the wiping mechanism for the given two reference signals.

Abstract: In this paper, a vertically moving base inverted pendulum control analysis has been done using Matlab/Simulink Toolbox. Because the vertically moving base inverted pendulum system is nonlinear and highly unstable, a feedback control system is used to make the system controlled and stable. A PI and PID controllers are used to improve the stability of the pendulum. Comparison of the vertically moving base inverted pendulum using PI and PID controllers for tracking a desired angular position of the system using a step and random input signals and a promising results have been obtained succesfully.

Abstract: The models with seasonal demand are prevalent because of its extensive application in the inventory management of the products with short life cycles. As a type of demand, seasonal demand is extremely common but is difficult to manage, efficiently. Here, we analyze this inventory system under different situations. We have showed that our method helps the manufacturer reduce the loss caused by production disruptions. In this study, the proposed model considers the deterioration rate as constant. In real life, we may consider the deterioration rate as a function of time, stock, and so on.

Abstract: There are many methods to deliver the transcription factors into target cells to generate iPSCs. The first method is retrovirus or lentivirus transduction. The problem of this technique is the genome integration of virus DNA which could possibly alter differentiation potential or other malignant transformation. The second method is adenoviral vectors to induce iPSC. The advantage of adenovirus vector based expression is that the transgenes will not integrate into the house genome, thus reduces the risk of tumorogenesis. The third one is a plasmid based transfection that can avoid the genome integration also. Recently, the Cre-recombinase excisable systems are used in iPSC induction and subsequent transgene removal making the iPSC technology closer to clinic applications.
