Abstract: As the virtual reality of news on the subject, content, technology development, and in the spread of 4.0 era background and 5 g technology under the background of rapid development, such as the whole news every link in the chain, more and more cases of artificial intelligence technology, on the one hand, to liberation of human, improve the production efficiency greatly, on the other hand also can be implemented in the news on the accuracy and timeliness of the giant leap. This article is mainly on the research at home and abroad virtual reality real-time news and news on the basis of current situation of the development of artificial intelligence, the story is set in an important transition period and suitable for virtual reality as medium of e-sports, and deep learning prediction model of the artificial intelligence technology is applied to real-time virtual reality in the form of e-sports news, constantly optimize the performance of the real-time prediction model through the experiment and e-sports predictive report form. The research aims to fill the gap of in-depth reporting in the direction of intelligent production of e-sports news, design and implement an interactive virtual reality application that integrates prediction, real-time and interactive functions, and realize the production and dissemination of virtual reality intelligent news.

Abstract: This paper investigates the comparison between mixed H 2 /H∞ with regional pole placement control and H 2 optimal control for the design of steam condenser. The comparison have been made for a step change in the steam condenser pressure set point for a step change of 10 & 23 seconds using MATLAB/Simulink environment for the steam condenser with mixed H 2 /H∞ with regional pole placement controller, steam condenser with H 2 optimal controller and steam condenser without controller. The steam condenser with mixed H 2 /H∞ with regional pole placement controller presented excellent and superior dynamic performance in response to the two step changes and an improvement in settling time. The overall simulation results demonstrated that the steam condenser with mixed H 2 /H∞ with regional pole placement controller can be an efficient alternative to the steam condenser with H 2 optimal controller for the steam condenser.[Rep Opinion 2021;13(3):9-14]. Abstract:One health is the integrative effort of multiple disciplines working locally, nationally and globally to attain optimal health for people, animals and the environment. As the human population continues to increase across the world, the interface of people, animals and the environment becomes more significant and impactful. For the past few years, the one health concept has brought together experts in the areas of animal and human health. It has provided a new synthesis for public health and veterinary communities across the world. This paper is aimed to provide information on major roles of veterinarian in one health approach and challenges and opportunities of one health. The introduction of the concept of one health emphasizes the role of a veterinarian as a leader in present society by addressing the risk and emergence of zoonotic diseases and promoting basic health care needs of the world. Veterinarian protect the human health and well-being by ensuring food security and safety, preventing and controlling emerging infectious zoonoses, protecting environment and ecosystem, assisting in bioterrorism and agro-terrorism preparedness, and contributing to public health. Even though veterinarians have a leadership role, they face challenges to collaborate with other professionals for the success of one health approach. Therefore, veterinarian should overcome their tendency to communicate solely within their professions rather than to communicate across disciplines.[Rep Opinion 2021;13(3):15-22].  Abstract: In this paper we describe a technical system for DC motor speed control. The speed of DC motor is controlled using Neural Network Based Model Reference and Predictive controllers with the use of Matlab/Simulink. The analysis of the DC motor is done with and without input side Torque disturbance input and the simulation results obtained by comparing the desired and actual speed of the DC motor using random reference and sinusoidal speed inputs for the DC motor with Model Reference and Predictive controllers. The DC motor with Model Reference controller shows almost the actual speed is the same as the desired speed with a good performance than the DC motor with Predictive controller for the system with and without input side disturbance. Finally the comparative simulation result prove the effectiveness of the DC motor with Model Reference controller..[Rep Opinion 2021;13(3):23-26]. Abstract: The petroleum industry in Nigeria has brought unprecedented changes to the Nigerian economy, particularly in the past five decades when it replaced agriculture as the cornerstone of the Nigeria economy. The oil industry has risen to the commanding heights of the Nigerian economy, contributing the lion share to gross domestic product and accounting for the bulk of federal government revenue and foreign exchange earnings since early 1970. However, Nigeria’s considerable endowment in fossil fuel has not translated into an enviable economic performance; rather, the nation’s mono-cultural has assumed a precarious dimension in the past decades susceptible to the vagaries of the international oil markets. Empirical analysis was conducted by applying the Multiple Linear Regression of the Ordinary least square techniques, the joint distribution of independent variable contribute to the success of the total production prob(F. Statistic) = 0.00122 which is less than 0.05 thereby establishing the significance of the independent variable. Conclusively, the Servicing Company relationship is not the same, also from estimated regression line only x2(Joint Ventures AF/CARRY and x5(Sole Risk Independent Companies) has the highest coefficient which implies that they have greater contribution to the total production.

Abstract: In this paper we have to study the different types of the topologies like Bus Topology, Ring Topology, Star Topology, Mesh Topology and Tree Topology. In this paper we have considered above five topology uses and its merits and demerits that will study will help to know that which structure or topology is best for which organization or business. We have to study the topology and finally we have to find the fact that all topologies are alternate options for business like that Bus Topology is use full for small network but its some demerits so its alternate option is Ring Topology. So finally, we can say that all topologies have some extra and different feature are available from other topology and that features are making it special from other topology.

Abstract: The neural networks are new systems and computational methods that are obtained for learning, knowledge show and finally for knowledge refinery. Also these methods are used for forecasting the resulted answers from complicated systems outputs. The aim of this study is to estimate the amount of sediment entering the reservoir with help of ANFIS, AANs and SRC models, and also provide an optimal training set for training the models. On the other hand some complex aspects of sediment transport yet and require further study in the future.
