Abstract: The impulsive response of network circuits are generally analyzed by adopting different integral transforms. The paper inquires the impulsive response of network circuits by Elzaki integral transform: Elzaki Transform and proves the applicability of Elzaki Transform to get hold of the impulsive response of Electrical circuits.

Xinhua News Agency did not know that "1+2" ≠ "1+1", making an international joke

Abstract What Wang Yuan said, "In 1966, Chen Jingrun finally proved (1,2). In other words, the research on proposition (F) and proposition (G) has ended. Therefore, the only thing that needs to be studied about Goldbach’s conjecture is In the propositions (A) and (D), the proposition (G) (= "factor Goldbach's problem" = "9+9" ~ "1+2"), the object is "big even number" N=p+(N-p ), delete the odd composite numbers in (N-p), hoping to leave only prime numbers. Proposition (A) (=“even Goldbach’s conjecture”=“1+1”), the object is an even number ≥6~∞, directly calculate the number of N=p1+p2=“1+1”. These are two propositions with different research objects and different mathematical models. This "problem" is not the " conjecture ", "1+2"≠"1+1".

Abstract: Post-harvest diseases cause considerable losses to harvested fruits and vegetables during transportation and storage. Synthetic fungicides are primarily used to control post-harvest decay loss. Some of these pathogens are: Fusarium oxysporum, Ralstonia solanacearum, Pythium spp., Phytophthora spp, Xanthomonas spp., Colletotrichum spp., Pencillium spp , Alternaria spp etc. Many soil-borne diseases as well as post-harvest fungi are effectively addressed through a variety of bioagents belonging to predominant microbial genera represented by Trichoderma spp., Bacillus spp., Gliocadium spp. and fluorescent Pseudomonads. Of various biological approaches, the use of antagonist microorganisms is becoming popular throughout the world. Several post-harvest diseases can now be controlled by microbial antagonists.  Plant-based products can be utilized at post-harvest stage washing agents, botanical sanitizers, edible coatings (protein, lipid and starch-based, anti-microbial agents, cushioning materials during transport, preservatives and as control measure for storage diseases as various bioactive constituents. In addition, production of antibiotics, direct parasitism, and possibly induced resistance in the harvested commodity are other modes of their actions by which they suppress the activity of post-harvest pathogens in fruits and vegetables. To overcome this problem and in order to take the bio-control technology to the field and improve the commercialization of bio-control, it is important to develop new formulations of bio-control microorganisms with higher degree of stability and survival. It is possible to use the biological control as an effective strategy to manage plant diseases, increase yield, protect the environment and biological resources and approach a sustainable agricultural system.

Abstract: It is important for educational institutions to have the latest and most up-to-date curriculum, experienced faculty members, and a good reputation if they are to achieve high rankings internationally. Student results and student satisfaction also play an important role in achieving a good ranking, and a key part of the assessment of students are instruments such as assignments, quizzes, and exams, that is, direct assessment. In this paper, we present a direct assessment (by instructor) method for students in a software testing course at an institution of higher education in Saudi Arabia and identify the problems that cause failure or poor learning outcomes.

Abstract. In this article, the author studies the main problems arising in reformation process of criminally-remediallegislation. In Kazakhstan, in accordance with the policy determined by its Constitution, we see a natural but at the same time complicated process of transition from the post-totalitarian society to the rule of law. The main taskin reformation of criminal procedure legislation is adherence to all democratic bases, rights and legitimate interests of the person and citizen. The authors pointed the main problems in reformation of criminally-remedial legislation which raised at the moment of transition period.

Abstract: Some of study showed hopelessness is related with risky behaviors. The main aim of this study was determination the relationship between hopelessness and cigarette smoking, drug abuse, psychotropic drug use, and alcohol drinking among sample of Iranian male medical college students. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 425 male medical college students, during 2014 which was randomly selected with the proportional to size among different faculty. A standard self-report questionnaire was applied for collecting data and data were analyzed by SPSS-20 using -test, One-way ANOVA, and logistic regression statistical tests at 95% significant level. Hopelessness had significant relationship with marital status, living place, and parent’s education (P < 0.05). Logistic regression showed, hopelessness was a predict cigarette smoking (OR=1.148), and alcohol drinking (OR=1.102). Our findings showed Hopelessness was an independent risk factor for cigarette smoking, and alcohol drinking; thus, Intervention strategies that lower hopelessness may be effective for smoking and alcohol use prevention.
