STUDY ON Dr. B.R. AMBEDKAR: A REVOLUTIONARY TRANSFORMER

Dr. Aprajita

Associate professor in History, Govt.College, Sector-1, Panchkula, Haryana (India)

Email: aprajita68@gmail.com

Abstract: Dr. B.R Ambedkar was among the most outstanding intellectuals of India in the 20th century in the word. Paul Baran, an eminent Marxist economist, had made a distinction in one of his essays between an "intellect worker" and an intellectual. The former, according to him, is one who uses his intellect for making a living whereas the latter is one who uses it for critical analysis and social transformation. Dr. Ambedkar fits Baran's definition of an intellectual very well. Dr. Ambedkar is also an outstanding example of what Antonio Gramsci called an organic intellectual, that is, one who represents and articulates the interests of an entire social class. Dr. Ambedkar – the determined fighter and a deep scholar, secured the highest academic honors from some of the most prestigious universities of the world. He made significant efforts to lead the society on the path of Liberty, Equality and Fraternity. It is proved by a recently conducted survey by „History TV 18 and CNN IBN‟ in June 2012. „Who is the greatest Indian after Mahatma Gandhi?‟ is the question asked from the people of India. The contestants include, First PM Jawahar Lal Nehru, Singer Lata Mangeshkar, Industrialist J.R.D.Tata, A.P.J.Abdul Kalam, Indira Gandhi and Vallbhbhai Patel etc. The final cumulative ranking was conducted following the three ways poll; ranking by jury (online and on ground), ranking by popular votes and ranking by market research. Finally, Dr. B.R.Ambedkar declared as winner. Historian Ramchandra Guha stated on the declaration of results “Dr. Ambedkar‟s legacy has been distorted to suit particular interests. He was a great scholar, institution builder and economic theorist” “B.R. Ambedkar was a man of many parts—a scholar, a social reformer, a politician, a religious thinker and the moving spirit of the Indian constitution. He wrote prolifically over his nearly four decades in public life. Here, Mint offers a very brief glimpse into his astonishingly diverse oeuvre. These selections have been chosen with an eye on contemporary relevance, and hence do not cover what Ambedkar wrote on the more immediate issues of his time.

Abstract: It is time to retain child labor in the history books and allow all children to realize their rights. The ‘School is the best place to work’ campaign makes us believe that child labor is harmful to a child’s development and it affects full-time quality education. The main cue to eliminate child labor is practical action and political motivation. Child labor is a huge issue in our modern-day world that not only harshly ravages the lives of millions of innocent and naïve children but also affects us all through its effects on the family, trade and the economy along with its connections to poverty and poor education. Letting this horrific and inhumane practice go on for so long has brought on an unexpected problem that we must solve in order to protect the children and safeguard their future. Although some may disagree child labor is without a doubt a prevalent issue so we must all help in any way possible so that we can bring an end to this abomination once and for all. Child labor can be best described as work that snatches away childhood, dreams, and capability. It also results in harmful physical and mental growth. Involvement of children below 18 in some economic activities, whether it be paid or unpaid, such involvement could be mental or physical.

Abstract: Section 354 of the IPC, 1860 deals with associate degree assault or criminal force to lady with associate degree intent to outrage her modesty. Until 2007, there was an excellent deal of ambiguity on what implanted a lady's modesty and diverse speculations regarding the definition of modesty of a girl were gift. Several cases were determined whereas not an exact definition of a woman's modesty. However, the Supreme Court in inside the case of Ramkripal v. State of Madhya Pradesh, printed modesty by giving birth down that the essence of a woman's modesty is her sex'. Therefore, associate degree crime against women that falls wanting penetration would represent an offence beneath section 354 of the IPC, increasing the reach of crimes falling beneath this section. It had been extra command inside the judgement that the word modesty' is not to be understood with relation to a particular victim of associate degree act, but as associate degree attribute associated with female person who reflects a particular class. Therefore, modesty is regarding a female individual of any age with differing degrees of what would represent modesty at a given age of a female. These cluster of words can usually be substituted with molestation which suggests to force physical and usually sexual contact on someone and to make unwanted or improper sexual advances towards someone and a female of any age is misunderstood.

Abstract: Taiji talks about the world is a folk encyclopedia, including ancient culture, history, stories, modern science, engineering technology and medicine, poetry, science fiction, religion, etc. The original title of "Taiji talks about the world" was "doctor of the moon". It is correct to add the scientific content of Taiji to the current title. The centripetal and centrifugal of the trend chart of elliptical motion in the book belong to two-point or multi-point motion, which is called mutual motion for short. Because Newton did not move or 0 moved at two points, he also had gravity. Richie is a circular motion with a little motion and gravity. The content of the book is a rare creative knowledge of setting up solutions on the micro movement of all things in the dynamic field in today's scientific community. It will cause an ideological change in the scientific community.
