Abstract:
The present-day
consensus reflects three foundational aspirations. First, that
human beings should be able to enjoy a decent quality of life,
second, that humanity should become capable of respecting the
finiteness of the biosphere, and third, that neither the
aspiration for good life, nor the recognition of biophysical
limits should preclude the search for greater justice in the
world. In a planetary system of finite resources, human
activities motivated by an attitude of rampant consumerism and
unsustainable patterns of production and consumption have never
been so inhuman and callous towards environment as in the modern
era of scientific and technological innovations. Man's greed
attacks nature, environment and ecology and wounded nature
backlashes on the human future. Environment has clearly emerged
as one of the big issues, perhaps the biggest contemporary issue
we face. During the past few decades numerous incredible and
devastating events have focused the domestic and global
attention to the impending danger of environmental devastation,
the depletion of resources, and a massive extinction of species.
Issues such as climate change, trends in global warming. Ozone
depletion, acid rain, deforestation, desertification, toxic
wastes and loss of biological diversity have resulted in
increasing global awareness of the problem facing the planet
earth.

Abstract:
Livestock contributes immensely to rural livelihoods through
numerous channels including income, food, employment, transport,
draft power, manure, savings and insurance, social status among
others. The major objectives of this paper are to review major
problems facing livestock rearing in Gonji Kolela district and
highlight the opportunities for livestock production in the
district. Suitable agro-ecology of the District for livestock
production, Attentions given by the government to the livestock
sector and the presence of Washera sheep breed which are highly
demanded in neighboring districts as well as in different
research centers are opportunities
for livestock production in the Gonji Kolela District.
Challenges facing livestock production in the district
include diseases, improved feed shortage, inadequate information
on how to improve animal breeding and Lack of support services.
Anthrax, Blackleg and Ovine Pasteurellosis are categorized as
the major bacterial diseases in the district and Lumpy Skin
Disease, Sheep and Goat pox, New Castle Disease, Rabies, African
Horse sickness and Infectious Bursal Disease are viral diseases
present. Paramphystomiasis, Ascariasis, Strongylosis,
Coccidiosis, Trichuriasis and infection with Moniezia
are the endo-parasites. In the case of ecto-parasites in sheep
and goats, fleas were found frequently followed by lice.
Different Measures have been taken to prevent and control the
diseases, like vaccination and strategic deworming. In the
district, only governmental budget is used for veterinary
services, which is not enough to give full service.
Non-governmental organizations should support veterinary
services in the district.

Establish the Malasian Australian Monsoon Time Scale and break
out the mysteries of the Malasian Australian monsoon

Abstract:
There
are many mysteries and unsolved issues in the monsoonal climate
and Weather systems that cannot explain and solve. I proposed
and designed the Basics of Monsoon Time Scales for all world
global, regional, local monsoon systems along with countries for
unraveling the mysteries of climate, weather, monsoons; studying
the characteristics of mechanism of climate, weather and
monsoons and exercising the benefits of mankind and development
of monsoonal climate and weather sciences.
According to the
researches and studies on the Monsoon Time Scales, it is known
that there will be major global climate changes in the coming
years "i.e" heavy rains, floods and storms etc. will occur
until about 2075 and there will be droughts and famines etc.
until about 2150. Through the establishment of Monsoon Time
Scales, we can know the future consequences of the climate
changes. Plans can be made accordingly. So, scientists can
establish the Monsoon Time Scale and predict what is going to
happen in the monsoonal climate in the coming years roughly.
I call on the world scientists to design and establish the
Monsoon Time Scales following the Basics of Monsoon Time Scales
outlined below, based on the India Monsoon Time Scale which is
successfully proved out in practice. Malasian-Australian monsoon
is a key system in global monsoon systems. I have conducted
many scientific researches on this monsoon system and as a part
these researches, I proposed and designed the Basics of
Malasian-Australian Monsoon Time Scale which can help to study
the past, present and future conditions of the
Malasian-Australian monsoon.
In the current year 2022, the pre-path of Indian summer monsoon
was traveling upwards and reached to the 29th June. Below this,
the main-path of Indian summer monsoon also traveled upwards
parallel to the pre-path of Indian summer monsoon with a
difference of about 30 days and reached to the 29th July, As it
moves further up, changes in the climate are likely increasing
and there are more chances of heavy rains and floods in the
coming years.
