Abstract: The objective of the present study was to investigate the relationship between store environment and impulse purchasing behavior by mediating role of the store pleasure. The research method is descriptive-correlational, applied in terms of objective, and cross-sectional in terms of time. Data collection tool is a questionnaire. The final Cronbach’s alpha of questionnaire was calculated to be 0.891. The questionnaire of this study has good reliability. The statistical population of this research included all customers of Refah Chain Store in Kerman city and 383 questionnaires were received. According to the results of research, there is no significant relationship between store environment and impulse purchasing intention. There is a significant relationship between store environment and store pleasure. There is a significant relationship between store pleasure and impulse purchasing intention and there is a significant relationship between store environment and impulse purchasing intension with mediating role of store pleasure.

Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the accuracy of SEBAL algorithm in estimating evapotranspiration in wheat fields in Jiroft, one of Iran's largest agricultural poles. In this study, evapotranspiration was calculated using the SEBAL algorithm for the experimental FAO - Penman - Monteith, Hargreves - Somoni, Penman-Monteith methods of the American Society for Civil Engineers, Turc and Priestly-Taylor. In this research to extract meteorological data, the statistics of Jiroft Meteorological Office for Miandeh Jiroft Meteorological Station in 2015 was used. To extract remote sensing images, the satellite images of Landsat 7, ETM+ satelite sensor were used. To assess the SEBAL Model for estimating the evapotranspiration rate, Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), and Mean Absolute Error (MAE) were used. To perform mathematical calculations, the excel software, and to perform mathematical calculations on the image layers, the Envi.5.1 software, and then to draw shapefile map, to extract numbers and to prepare output images, ArcGis9.3 were used. The results of the study showed that the least squared error was related to the FAO Penman-Monteith method, which was equal to 0.353 mm/day. Similarly, the FAO Penman-Monteith method has the highest amount of determination coefficient R2 (0.66). The results showed that evapotranspiration calculated using SEBAL algorithms is more in line with FAO Penman-Monteith experimental method.

Abstract: Background: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic systemic inflammatory disease, characterized by polyarthritis and extra-articular organ disease. Lung disease occurs commonly in rheumatoid arthritis and associated with significant morbidity. It is the second leading cause of RA-associated mortality. Aim: Assess the effect of Stem cell transplantation and anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (Bevacizumab/avastin) on rheumatoid arthritis extra-articular organs (concerning the lung as extra articular target for the disease) in adjuvant induced arthritis in rats compared to conventional mesotrexate therapy. Material and Methods: This study was carried out on 34 adult male albino rats. Systemic arthritis was induced in all rats, each rat was assessed clinically and scored. Three weeks after induction of arthritis, blood samples were collected and measured for anti cyclic citrullinated peptides (anti-CCP) level using ELISA technique, then two rats had been sacrificed to assess the histopathological score of their organs (include lung, liver, kidney, spleen and heart) and it was found that lung was the only organ showed significant histopathological features, thus it was the only assessed organ in the treated groups follow up. Thirty rats were divided into three groups as follows: Group (A):10 animals were injected with mesenchymal stem cells, Group (B): 10 animals were injected with methotrexate, Group (C):10 animals were injected with methotrexate and avastin. Two rats kept without treatment as a control. Five weeks after the beginning of the treatment, all animals were clinically scored, followed by measuring anti-CCP level, then animals in all groups were sacrificed, followed by histopathological analysis of their lungs. Statistical analysis of the clinical, laboratory and histopathological findings was done. Results: The lung was the only organ showed significant histopathological affection. There was improvement in all treated groups. The results of Bevacizumab combined with Methotrexate treated group were close to stem cell treated group while the least improvement was in MTX treated group. Conclusion: The lung is common target in RA. Both mesenchymal stem cell and bevacizumab are promising therapies to improve the extra articular lung manifestations of RA, but more studies are needed on larger number of rats and for longer duration to assess the possible side effects of MSCs and bevacizumab.

Abstract: The study focused on demand analysis for meat among farming households in Ekiti State, Nigeria. A multi-stage sampling procedure was adopted in selecting the sample size of 90 farming households from three Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Ekiti State for the study. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The study described the socio economic characteristics of the respondents and constraints to meat demand. Also, factors affecting meat demand among farming households were determined. The result of the study showed that 52 percent of the farming households were headed by women with a mean age of 42 years. It was also reported that 82.2 percent of the respondents were married and majority (57.8%) had a household size of 3-6 persons. Result also revealed that 77.8 percent of the households’ heads had formal education, and 55.6 percent of them earned between ₦20,000 and ₦50,000 as monthly income while 60 percent indicated beef as their most preferred meat. The majority preferred the meat of their choice to be prepared through moist heat cooking methods. Demand for meat is faced with constraints such as price fluctuations, religion and taboo and market availability. The main determinants of demand for meat in the study area were the educational level of the household heads and monthly income of the households. It is recommended that in order to guide against meat price fluctuation, government at all levels should regulate the prices of meat.

Abstract: Avian chlamydiosis, sometimes also referred to as psittacosis or ornithosis, is an important infectious disease of companion birds, especially psittacines, domestic poultry and wild birds. The infection usually becomes systemic and is occasionally fatal. Its main causative agent is the obligate intracellular Gram-negative bacterium Chlamydia (C.) psittaci. The infection is widespread and, due to carcass condemnation at slaughter, decrease in egg production, mortality and the expense of antibiotic treatment, represents a major factor of economic loss in birds commercially raised for meat and egg production, as well as posing a permanent risk for zoonotic transmission to man.

Abstract: Stem cells are derived from embryonic and non-embryonic tissues. Most stem cell studies are for animal stem cells and plants have also stem cell. Stem cells were discovered in 1981 from early mouse embryos. Stem cells have the potential to develop into all different cell types in the living body. Stem cell is a body repair system. When a stem cell divides it can be still a stem cell or become adult cell, such as a brain cell. Stem cells are unspecialized cells and can renew themselves by cell division, and stem cells can also differentiate to adult cells with special functions. Stem cells replace the old cells and repair the damaged tissues. Embryonic stem cells can become all cell types of the body because they are pluripotent. Adult stem cells are thought to be limited to differentiating into different cell types of their tissue of origin. This article introduces recent research reports as references in the related studies.
