Basics of
France Monsoon Time Scale: A review
and revisit
Gangadhar
H.No.5-30-4/1, Saibabanagar, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, India-500055

Abstract:
Monsoon means a periodic
seasonal reversing winds patterns in atmospheric circulation
accompanied by climate and weather changes according to the
year-to-year changes of movement of the Earth on its axial tilt
(obliquity) between approximately 22.1 and 24.5 degrees to its
path and revolves around the Sun in accordance with the
Milankovitch cycles. Therefore, not only the countries in the
tropical and subtropical regions, but also those wind patterns
blowing in the countries in the polar regions should be
considered monsoons. I proposed and designed the Basics of
Monsoon Time Scales for all global, regional, local monsoon
systems along with every country of the world for unraveling the
mysteries; studying the characteristics of dynamics mechanisms
and exercising the benefits of mankind and development.
According to the researches and studies on the Monsoon Time
Scales, it is come to know that there will be severe climate
changes and natural calamities in the coming years "i.e" heavy
rains, floods and storms etc. will occur until about 2075 and
there will be droughts and famines etc. until about 2150.
Through the establishment of Monsoon Time Scales, we can know
the future consequences of climate changes and natural
calamities. Plans can be made accordingly. As a part of them,
the France Monsoon Time Scale was proposed and designed by me in
1991 to study climate changes and natural calamities in advance.
I call on world scientists to establish the France
Monsoon Time Scale following the Basics of Monsoon Time
Scales outlined below, based on the India Monsoon Time Scale
which is successfully proved out in practice and break down the
mysteries of the France monsoon.

Creative Description Of The Development Of Teachers'
Methodological Competence In The Professional Education System

Abstract:
Mastering knowledge of high-level academic interpretation can
sometimes be a challenging task. The primary reason for this
lies in the inadequately developed teaching methodology. Since
the methodology has not been empirically formulated correctly,
it fails to meet the demands of the times and cannot satisfy
socio-educational needs. Naturally, periodic changes impose new
requirements on the methodological competence of educators.
Therefore, it is advisable to ensure that the process of
developing teachers' methodological competence is creatively
outlined within the professional development system. The article
provides a creative description of the content involved in the
development of teachers' methodological competence within the
training system.

Abstract:
Contractual employees or,
contract workers, are hired, or “contracted,” for a specific
project or timeframe for a set fee/remuneration on a weekly,
bi-weekly or monthly basis or, when the project is completed.
The year on year
government surveys of
the Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) reveals that the
number of non-permanent workers is on the rise in state-owned
companies. According
to the
Public
Enterprises Survey
2021-22 by
Department of Public
Enterprises (DPE) under
the Ministry of Finance, appx. 36% employees
are working on contractual basis in various state-owned
companies across India. While, the contribution of contractual
employees has been significant in the operations of the public
enterprises/departments, there lacks an equal treatment at par
to the regular employees in terms of various financial
provisions provided including salaries/wages. They are generally
paid less and have lesser means of social security provisions.
The purpose of study was to evaluate the existing scenario,
challenges and socio-economic conditions of the contractual
employees in Delhi’s government and autonomous
bodies and
highlight the essential corrective
measures to be
able to promote a
more productive,
stress-free and
equitable work
environment.
The study
was conducted
in 18
government departments,
ministries and
other
autonomous bodies in
Delhi.
